Mike Kennedy is a workplace health expert with over 25 years’ experience in how disability, EAP, wellness, and other benefits programs can integrate to support optimal health and productivity.
Dr. Arif Bhimji, Medical Director
Dr. Arif Bhimji, Medical Director
Dr. Arif Bhimji supports our case managers with complex disability and accommodation cases. He also consults with clients on employee absenteeism, STD, human rights accommodation cases and related HR matters.
Dr. Bhimji has served as medical director for a major employer, and has been a medical consultant to several insurance companies. In addition to an MBA, he holds additional postgraduate qualifications in occupational medicine and law.
