We understand that a medical diagnosis does not necessarily equal disability. We focus on impairment to understand the relationship between the medical condition and ability to do the job. Knowing that not all absences are a result of medical issues, we separate medical from workplace or personal issues to allow for each to be addressed. We ensure employees understand the process and are aware of their role and responsibilities, while taking the time to check in regularly, to refer them to additional resources available, and to identify and resolve barriers to return to work.

Well-being and "No-Claim" Case Management
