Sometimes an employee is new to the organization and does not yet qualify for disability benefits, or has had their LTD claim closed but has yet to return to work. We support the employee in their recovery while also supporting the employer in assessing whether absence is required or accommodation can be offered.
In other cases, a manager or colleague notices an employee is struggling or not quite themselves. Rather than hope all is okay, a referral to Arc Health ensures the employee is contacted and offered support while the employer receives an appropriate update.
Our rehabilitation team is an excellent resource in creating a plan to address challenges, whether physical, mental or cognitive, or to assist when there is question about the fit between the employee and the job.
